2017: Year in review

Primarily, I have to thank our customers, they are the job creators (in ANY industry).

2017 was an incredible, tone setting year for our team. Our customers trusted us with the purchase and sale of over 300 homes. That trust translates into massive change and growth for the members of our team. Our customers have a direct impact on changing the lives of our team members.

We’ve been able to invest additional resources which will provide our customers with more than any other real estate team including our Buyer Prospect Center and our Builder Trade-In Program. Our account management team has become extremely efficient and valuable by improving customer service and constant communication to help our customers feel comfortable and confident in the purchase and sale of their home. All of this has been created and improved to support the agent – client – community relationship and ensure that the professional at your kitchen table won’t disappear under paperwork after a few weeks.

Our idea has always been to treat our business like it was a revolutionary solution. If you have something special, your primary mission is to share it with as many people as possible and grow it. This isn’t limited to our customers and agent partners; We thrive off educating other agents to help them provide better services to their customers, even though they’re technically the ‘competition’. Our team culture pushes leadership and growth for everyone, no matter what level of real estate knowledge, position, or industry.

The Real Estate industry is changing and our generation of Realtors has the obligation to guide that change towards a positive direction.

Looking forward to 2018:

In the 4th QTR of 2017,  we have expanded into more markets to grow our customer reach and the services we provide. In 2018 we will serve Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, DeBary & Ft. Lauderdale.

As always, we will be refining, constantly finding ways to improve our customer service and prospecting services for our agents and customers. While we surpassed our goal in 2017, there is always room for improvement and to better our systems for our customers and partners.

We would also like to thank some of the industry leaders and partners that have helped us grow personally and in our business venture:

These individuals have guided and helped our business in massive ways. Whether it’s through their business, or just an ounce of advice that changed our way of thinking, it’s meant the world.

I have to also mention some of our team members that have grown tremendously this past year:

Carrie Heustis, Nicole Brescia, Kristie Perkins, Richard McDill, Jane Curley and Ryan Sherrill & Aly Alzate. Most of these members started with the team early on and have grown by learning through failure. Carrie, Nicole and Jane, who now hold Director positions, are responsible for the leadership, growth and motivation of our staff and expansion agent partners.

We also thank our families for supporting our drive. Whether it’s phone calls at 10pm on a Thursday or answering emails during Thanksgiving, the success of our mission is only possible with you by our sides.

We’re looking forward to an amazing 2018 with all of you.

We directly assisted our customers close: 333 homes in 2017.

We indirectly (by referral) assisted customers with 72 homes.

In 2017, we helped our customers buy and sell 405 homes. Thank you.
