The basic process of showing available homes that are listed on MLS is not a hard one, or one that can garner much value. This fact has given the rise to discount real estate companies and rebate offers, because when there is no value, you must discount your fees.
At The Edge Group, we’ve gone into business to change the way real estate is done. The extreme shortage of home inventory in 2016-2017 has yielded an opportunity for us to show off what we’ve been building.
Here’s two of our customer favorites:
1. Sure, any agent can show you homes that are available on MLS. But can they show you homes that are not on the market? We have built an Inside Sales department that calls prospective neighborhoods to find ‘Shadow Inventory’ for our buyers. For our committed VIP customers, we will cold call the neighborhoods that they are hoping to buy a home in, searching for their new home. We can also pull from expired home data to find their home hidden in the market.
2. Each customer buying a home gets a team working behind them. While a single agent can get sick, go on vacation, etc our agent teams stand by for our customers. Our customers get an assigned Account Manager that works with their paperwork, title company and negotiating Realtor. They also get a dedicated Showing Assistant, to view homes whenever they need to.
Buying and Selling homes is NOT an easy process.If we are to meet our goals in changing how real estate is done, our customers should have a seamless, exciting process; that while keeping them informed of important items, reduces all stress and have them leaving the closing table saying “That was easy”.
